Refund Policy
All trainings purchased are non-refundable. Changes to registrations can be made up to 3 days prior to the training start date.
Transfer and Substitution Policy
Training dates may be transferred to another training date within 12 months of the initial purchase date. The purchaser may transfer their training to another individual within 12 months of the initial purchase date. For transfers and substitutions, please email us at vce@verkada.com for assistance.
Training Date and Location Changes
Verkada reserves the right to change venues and reschedule or cancel trainings without being liable for registrant's travel changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this training available online or remotely?
Trainings are in-person only and provide invaluable hands-on experience. If there is not a date and location that works for you, please check back with us when new ones are released.
Where will the training take place?
The VCE Program holds trainings in various cities all over the world. Please check your confirmation email for venue details.
I can no longer attend the training I registered for. What are my options?
If you would like to transfer your enrollment to a different training date and location OR receive a course credit, please email us at vce@verkada.com for assistance.
Will I receive a certificate for these trainings?
Individuals that pass each training course will receive a certificate via email.
I did not pass the Access Control Specialist or the Alarms Specialist training exam. Can I take the exam again?
Absolutely! We would be delighted to welcome you back for another training session. Please note that you will need to sign up for the course again and complete the entire lecture and lab portions before being eligible to take the test. That means you will need to attend both days for the Access Control Speicialist training and the full day for the Alarms Specialist training.
I did not receive a registration/confirmation email. How can I get a copy?

Do I need to create a registration account to sign up for a training course?
Creating a registration account is optional and separate from the Partner Portal. You may register as guests by skipping to Step 2.
How do I add attendees or courses to the same transaction?
In Step 2 of the registration process, please scroll down and click "Add Attendees" or "Add Courses".
